About Boundary Metal Ltd.

Established in 1990, Boundary Metal Limited is a design-led architectural metalwork specialist serving the construction industry with supply and installation solutions, from secondary metalwork through to highly finished, stainless-steel staircase structures, glass balustrades and mesh-screen systems.

The 3 founding Directors all have a wealth of experience and knowledge in the industry and have built up the company from small beginnings to one of the leaders in architectural metalwork.

In 2002, due to expansion, the company moved its head office to its current premises in Thatcham which comprise a substantial manufacturing and assembly plant together with our design office and all ancillary company administration.

The company has invested in the modern equipment and technology ranging from CAD drawing and 3-D visualisation, project management, manufacturing scheduling and control software systems, CNC sheet metalwork to the latest waterjet cutting machinery.

In 2006, Boundary Metal developed and patented a revolutionary new woven-metal mesh screen system called CableScreen®. that gives a building a stylish, low maintenance façade. This has been so successful that CableScreen®. now represents more than 50% of the company’s turnover.
